The last few weeks have been pure hell. My scouts have giving me details on many great wrestlers but once I laid my offer out on the table, they just laughed and walked away. Getting wrestlers to sign a low cost, written contract for an unknown company is next to impossible.
I did start off pretty well though, I cheated. I turned to my family and friends. The first person I asked was my brother and then my close wrestling buddies. After a few bumps I finally was able to gather enough wrestlers for a passable promotion. Here they are:
Prince Shane
My little brother! Yes, he was the first wrestler I signed to KCW. Every since he had his first child he had become a family first type of guy. So it was no surprise that he quickly accepted my offer to help out his family. He did seem disappointed when I told him that he needed work on his actually wrestling skills and put him into King Nates Wrestling Academy as a developmental wrestler to work on them.
Marcus Alexander IV
A friend of the Martindale family, Marcus has always wanted to be a movie star but could never get his foot in the door to get noticed. He his hoping that taking the role of President of KCW will help to build his fan base and land him some roles.
Death Psycho Jones
An old friend of mine from when I first started wrestling. He hasnt wrestled in a few years, but gladly accepted the chance to get back into the ring. After watching him tryout I reluctantly had to put him down in King Nates Wrestling Academy.
Symbol
Former owner of the Raw Wrestling Federation, Extreme and my former boss in the promotion, he agreed to pay me back for my great performances in the RWF by performing in KCW. He still has it in the ring and on the microphone. So I finally have my first on Screen Character.
Sabrina
She usually follows Symbol to every promotion he is involved with and this case was no different.
The Mike
Really good friends with Symbol and a good friend of mine, The Mike has agreed to join. His mic skills are almost unmatched but he does blow up in the ring pretty quick because of his health problems. So Ill have to keep him in short match in hopes to hide this weakness.
Tabatha
As with Sabrina and Symbol, Tabatha comes with The Mike as the two of them never seem to be separated in any promotion either.
Joe Killah McNuts
Death Psycho Jones actually introduced this guy to me. A big man looking for an opportunity to prove himself. So after seeing what he could do in the ring, we agreed to a written contract but hell have to spend some time at King Nates Wrestling Academy.
Xtreme
The break out star from Symbols RWF, Extreme. Ive had the pleasure to team and compete against this great performer. I was surprised when he actually called me up and asked to join KCW. He wanted to work with old friends once again.
Candi
Another wrestler that contacted me about joining KCW. This situation is much different than Xtremes. Candi, cant wrestle, she has and attitude (i.e. bitch) and has recently turn eighteen years of age. She is actually blackmailing me to receive a spot in KCW. Dispite how much she sucks (in the ring that is). I was forced to not send her down to KNWA, I hate being blackmailed.
Ghost
I took one look at this guy and said I had to have him in KCW. He is seven foot six and close to four hundred pounds of pure muscle. His actual wrestling ability seems poor, but I believe I hide this weakness behind his huge size and menacing look.
Mr. Mean Ninja Guy
Another suggest wrestler from Death Psycho Jones. Mr. Mean Ninja Guy appears to not be very good on the mic at all, but does have some ability as a high flier. I sent him down to King Nates Wrestling Academy to see if we can help out his weak spots.
Chief Red Blood
Mr. Martindale introduced this guy to me. My father is very high on him since Chief Red Blood is a Native American, not a Kickapoo Native American, but my father would like me to push him as a Kickapoo Native American. After seeing him do his thing in the ring I agreed to sign him, but only after he agreed to spend some time in King Nates Wrestling Academy.
Seven Deadly Sins
Now like my father, I also have wrestlers I am high on and Seven Deadly Sins (7DS) is one of them. The guy appears to be gifted unlike any wrestler Ive ever seen. His one flaw is his lack of good mic skills. Not that he is terrible, its that, being Japanese he speaks more broken English than good English. Im sending him down to KNWA to see if we can help with his mic skills.
Jack Walemba
This young man is looking to make it to the big time. He has the look, the skill, and plenty of time to prove himself. Because he is young and inexperienced I was able to sign this future star to KCW. Hopefully I can get good use out of him before other promotions see just how good he is and take him from me.
The Ultimate duDe
This guy has a great body and like his name sake, he is an Ultimate Warrior rip off. He has the size, but not the look of the Ultimate Warriorwell maybe a bald Ultimate Warrior.
Mad Irish Hadder
A soon to be graduate of King Nates Wrestling Academy, Mad Irish Hadder feels he is ready to take on the wrestling business. He is often considered a clueless loser with great one liners who always comes out on top somehow.
Chris Boss Roberts
A real life son of a millionaire, Chris Roberts father owns the Roberts Hotel Chain and Chris is wanting an outlet to show off his physical abilities. I actually liked what I saw and we talked about what I could do for him. Which in turn had us see what he could do for me and a written contract was eventually signed.
Alpha & Omega
Alpha & Omega is just another wrestler who has burned his bridges just about everywhere but oddly it isnt because of a bad attitude. Because of this I was able to easily sign him to a written contract and sent him down to KNWA to get him back in shape.
T Money
Alpha & Omega asked me if I was interested in his bigger brother, T Money. After watching his work, I had agreed to bring him in and give him the additional training at KNWA.
Wifebeatn Drunk Guy
Signing Death Psycho Jones had to be one of the most beneficial signings as far as bringing in new talent. Wifebeatn Drunk Guy is yet another wrestler that Jones introduced to me. Drunk Guy has potential but will need to receive a lot of training first and KNWA will give him the training he needs.
Executioner Leon Williams
Another soon to be graduate of the King Nates Wrestling Academy, Leon has all the gifts one needs to become a star and I plan on making him into one.
Steve Jobberone
A former mixed martial arts competitor, Steve was tired of losing and figured that since wrestling was fake he could get scheduled to always win and thus making himself look like an actual bad ass.
Syco
Sometimes I cant tell if this guy really is psycho or just acting in character all the time. But he did sign with KCW almost immediately without any question so maybe he really is psycho.
Sycotic
Sycos wife, who I dont believe is anywhere near as crazy as Syco, even though she did marry the guy. Of course shes also brought in with her husband.
Gangbangin Gunther Gibbs
A happily married man who has just brought a newborn child into the world. Gibbs left his boring computer and electronics job to explore a more exciting job while still being able to support his family.
The Crippler
Another Jeff Hardy wannabe trying to make a name for himself in some backyard fed. He was eager to jump at the chance to work for a promotion bigger than the one he was in. Although he does act like a snot nose punk from time to time.
